  7. Turn on the heat, add enough quantity of the fish oil. Add the onions and fry until they brown.
  8. Remove the onions and place in a pot with the fish head,bones, 7 cups of water,cumin and coriander. Allow to boil..

  11. Rice preparation: -Wash the rice and soak for 10 minutes, then drain.
