Like that make 2-3 layers of rice and gravy. On last layer it should be the cooked rice. Add birristo, dryfruits cashew nuts and Coriander..
- Switch on the flame, put iron tawa on it put the biryani pan on tawa. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10-15 min in slow medium flame..
