  1. Take quinoa in a strainer and wash in runny water for 2 minutes to remove the slight bitterness of quinoa seeds. I have taken boiled quinoa. Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Then add cumin seeds, urad dal and. chana dal, hing powder and saute in low flame till golden..
  2. Then add onion, curry leaves, chilli. Stir and saute for in low flame,till the onions become translucent. Add grated ginger and hing and mix well. Then add the finely chopped veggies, salt and sambar masala, mix well and cook till soft..
