  18. Need for Amchur powder.
  19. Need - Turmeric powder.
  20. Require of Red chilli powder.
  21. Need of Dhania powder.
  22. Provide of Salt.
  23. Need of Oil for frying.
  24. Require leaves - Coriander.





Khichadi with fried bhindi and Papad how to cook:

  1. Bhindi ___ Heat oil in a Kadhai add bhindi (okra)fry it on medium flame till they cook and become crispy..
  2. Take another pan transfer fried bhindi,mix all the dry masala cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.turn off the flame.Garnish with coriander leaves..
  3. Khichadi— In a pressure cooker add soaked rice,dal, turmeric powder,salt and 3 cups water.Pressure cook it only for one whistle. Turn off the flame..
  4. In a pan heat ghee.Add mustard seeds. When it splutter add cumin seeds, green chilli,ginger onions and hing.Cook till onions become brown.Add red chilli powder.Mix it well..
  5. Now pour this tadka over the cooked khichadi.Mix gently..
  6. Transfer it in serving plate.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve it with fried potatoes,papad and bhindi. Enjoy..
