Composition Samosa:
- You need 100 g for Maida.
- Need 1 tsp for Salt.
- Require Oil for dough two tbsp and rest for deep frying.
- Provide 1 cup for Boiled and mashed potato.
- Require 1 tsp of Ginger chilli paste.
- Require as needed Salt.
- Require 1/ tsp - juice.
- Require 1 tsp for sugar.
- Give 2 tbsp of finely chopped cilantro.
- Require Water as needed for dough approx half cup.
- Need as needed Cornflour slurry.
Samosa making process:
- Make a soft dough mixing maida, salt, water and oil.
- Cover it and give rest period of half hour.
- In a wok mix mashed potatoes and all other ingredients.
- Roll a roti thin size from dough. Use maida or rice flour for dusting. Roast it on both sides on tawa and keep aside.
- Cut the roti in long rectangular shape and fill the potato fillings seal the sides with cornflour slurry and deep fry it.
- Serve it hot with chutney.
