  15. Give 1/2 tsp of Biryani essance.
  16. You need 2 pinch for yellow food colour (dissolved it into 3 tbs of water).
  17. Prepare 1/2 tbs Garam masala powder mix.





Sindhi biryani process:

  1. In a wok add onion and fry it until golden in colour then add chicken and ginger garlic paste in cooked it until chicken is white in colour now add national sindhi biryani masala packet and Yoghurt in it mix it and now add tomatoes and potatoes in it mix it and add water cover it and cook until potatoes and chicken is cooked and water is dry....
  2. Now cooked it on high flame until oil comes out then add green chillies, mint, coriander and Garam masala powder mix.... Now our gravy is ready....
  3. In a pot add water, salt and cumin seeds and boil it until bubbles Come out then add soaked rice in it and boil it until it 3/4 done now turn off flame....
  4. Now in a pot add 1 layer of gravy then second layer of rice 3 layer of gravy and r layer of rice.... Now on the top add biryani essance and food colour.... Cover and steam on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.... Now biryani is ready....
