  3. Dived d paste in to 2 equal sizes in separate bowls,add d pink colour to one of d paste,whisk again to have a pink colour,leaving d other wt it's original colour,end of having two different colours.
  4. For d samosa fillings,I put d attarugu, garlic and minced meat in to a mortal and pound them all together for 3munites,I chop d onions as well.
  5. In a sauce pan inadd d onions,minced meat and spices,I stir fry for 3munites and take it off d fire.
  6. For d samosa sheet,heat a clean non stick pan on medium heat,clean d pan wt little oil using tissue,put d pink color paste in d pan from one side making half round d pan and put d white paste from d other side to have a complete round shape sheet.
  7. Allow d Sheet to cook for a munites and turn d other side to also cook for another minute, continue d process,untill u finish all d two paste.
  8. While folding d samosa,divide d samosa sheet in two equal size.
  9. Start folding from d left side and second fold from other side to make a funnel shape.
  10. Filled d samosa wt minced meat sauce,press to sealed d samosa mouth and slicely cut d edges to have a nice sharp edges.
  11. Continue d procedure and fold all ur sheets.
  12. Fry d samosa in a very hot oil,till d white side turn golden brown.
  13. Serve ur samosa wt sauce,tea or juice.
