- Bhindi ___ Heat oil in a Kadhai add bhindi (okra)fry it on medium flame till they cook and become crispy..
- Take another pan transfer fried bhindi,mix all the dry masala cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.turn off the flame.Garnish with coriander leaves..
- Khichadi— In a pressure cooker add soaked rice,dal, turmeric powder,salt and 3 cups water.Pressure cook it only for one whistle. Turn off the flame..
- In a pan heat ghee.Add mustard seeds. When it splutter add cumin seeds, green chilli,ginger onions and hing.Cook till onions become brown.Add red chilli powder.Mix it well..
- Now pour this tadka over the cooked khichadi.Mix gently..
- Transfer it in serving plate.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve it with fried potatoes,papad and bhindi. Enjoy..
