- After 15 minutes, uncover the onion pan, add a slosh of white wine and turn the heat up for 5 minutes..

- Place in the oven at 200ª for 5 minutes.
- Turn the grill on at maximum for 2 minutes more.
- Put on a warmed plate and serve with a green salad..
