I decided to add a different twist to it by adding plantain and veggies. Usually served with the likes of Jollof Rice, Fried Rice, Fried Plantain, Custard, Pap ( Ogi/Akamu) etc. It can also be eaten as a snack with chilled soft drink to step down.
