  1. Make the marinade first. Place Mirin, Soy Sauce, Wasabi and Grated Ginger in a small bowl and mix well..
  2. Slice Fish Fillet into small pieces and add to the marinade. Rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes..
  3. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice, cover with the Toasted Nori and place marinated fish pieces on top. Place some finely sliced Shiso or chopped Spring Onion, and/or other condiments of your choice and enjoy..
