  18. Require 1 Bowl - Besan(Gram flour).
  19. Provide 1/2 Bowl - Fenugreek leaves.
  20. Give 1 tsp ginger garlic (crushed).
  21. Provide to taste Salt.
  22. Require 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
  23. Prepare 1 tsp - Red chilli powder.
  24. Require as needed for Oil to fry.

Undhiyu steps:

  3. Take a heavy bottom cooker. Add oil, crushed ginger garlic and green chillies and asfoitida. Saute for some time. Add red chilli powder turmeric powder and Garam masala.
  4. Now add all soaked grams. Add vegetables..
  5. Add fried Muthiya. Salt and half glass water. Close the cooker and give 5-7 whistles. Let it cool. Open and mix it softly..
  6. Serve with Roti or Puri or Paratha.
